The master apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via a typical external staircase with a loggia. The house opens directly into the large kitchen, dining room, and fireplace; stairs lead to the attic on the upper floor. The unit also includes a living room with a pellet stove, two bedrooms, and a large bathroom.

The main house has a total area of ??275 square meters; the annex measures 50 square meters; and a wooden storage room/warehouse measures approximately 18 square meters.
