For the seller

Leave the sale of your property up to us and you will have our complete support from assessment to contract.

We carry out a first survey with no obligations and give an ASSESSMENT of the property to estimate its the real market value.
We request the owner’s/owners’ AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROMOTION AND PUBLICITY where we establish a selling price and a commission.

  • Advertising is always and only at the estate agency’s expense. The properties are visible on our selected channels ( web site, real estate portals, specialistic magazines, shop window and sent in newsletters to the subscribers in our data banks) with photos, maps, descriptions and requested selling price unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • - We do not request any exclusive sales assignment; our commission is 4% + VAT (fourpercent) on the final price, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, and only in the case the sale takes place thanks to brokerage by “Betti immobiliare”.
  • If the seller decides to give us exclusivity on his property, we promote the property carrying out a professional photographic/video session and give it appropriate exposure. Moreoever, this enables the seller to have a sole referent for the sale of their property and, for the trust shown, optimize costs agreeing upon the commission at the moment of the mandate.

We ask the seller to fill in a form regarding the CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION and to give the estate agency the following documents to be able to promote the sale of the property:

  • PRELIMINARY TECHNICAL REPORT
  • ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
  • MAPS
  • LAND MAPS
  • DEED OF PROVENANCE
  • CADASTRAL EXCERPTS
  • IDENTITY DOCUMENT OF THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE/OWNER

After each visit we get the clients to sign a form stating that the property has been seen and we give these forms to the seller with the NAMES OF THE CLIENTS who have visited their property.

  • We provide complete assistance in all the phases of the transaction from the proposal up to the final contract, coordinating the various professionals involved and by being present in person.
