On the rolling hills of Chianti Classico, a place rich in history, emotions and sensations, in a quiet and reserved position, 15th-century country farm complex with swimming pool, vineyard and olivegrove for sale.

The first record dating dates back to the year 1437 and the property appears to have been a fortified building with a watchtower, during this highly important period in the history of the region for the battles between the Florentines and the Sienese.
It is located between Florence and Siena, in the golden triangle of Chianti Classico, a few km from Radda, Castellina and Panzano in Chianti, all easily reachable in less than 20 minutes by car.

From a paved road we enter directly into the property and a suggestive private road of 500 meters surrounded by olive trees and cypresses, leads us to the buildings arranged as small stone village and made up of two farmhouses, a barn and a housekeeper's house with garage.

The surrounding land is approximately 58 hectares with 700 olive trees, a Chianti Classico DOCG vineyard of approx one hectare, 40 hectares of woodland and 5 hectares of arable land.

The current owners purchased the farm about 30 years ago preserving the ancient charm and combining it with the satisfying pleasures of modernity.
A skilful reconstruction of the stone walls of the buildings and the characteristic dry stone walls was carried out that embellish the garden between the various buildings togheter with a conservative renovation in the interior making these four houses comfortable and pleasant to live.

The MAIN FARMHOUSE, with a surface area of approximately 350 sqm, is on two levels with various openings to the outside.
