Perched in a commanding position, just a few kilometers from historic San Gimignano and the Chianti region, this multi-building tourist accommodation complex features 34 rooms and encompasses over 2,000 square meters. The estate spans 73 hectares, primarily consisting of a Chianti DOCG vineyard, olive groves, arable land, and pasture.

The property includes several structures that can be divided into two distinct units. It boasts a decorative fountain and two swimming pools: one large pool located further down the hill and a circular pool designed for children.
